Visual inspection of gutter pitch (gutters must slope slightly toward downspouts — flat or reverse-pitched gutters pool), hanger integrity, joint seals, and any holes or separations. All findings reported.

5. Fascia & Soffit Check
Quick check of fascia boards and soffits adjacent to gutters — staining or softness indicates water has already been overflowing. Noted in the condition report if found.

Yes — all debris is collected and removed. We don't blow it onto your lawn or leave it in a pile. The material is bagged or removed in our vehicle.
What if my downspout is underground?
We flush the downspout from the top. If it's blocked underground (a separate issue from the gutter itself), we'll let you know — underground drainage blockages are outside our scope but we'll describe where the blockage appears to be so you can call a plumber.
