How Far We Travel
Our base is Salmon Arm. On a typical work day we'll cover a route that might include Blind Bay, Sorrento, and Eagle Bay — or head north through Scotch Creek to Celista. A travel fee applies to all service areas: $35 for Salmon Arm and nearby communities, $55 for outlying areas like Sicamous, Mara, Enderby, Armstrong, and Anglemont, and $100 for the furthest communities. The fee is always disclosed upfront — no surprises on invoice day.
Rural and Lakefront Properties
Many of our customers are on Shuswap Lake, Mara Lake, or tucked into rural properties off secondary roads. We've cleaned lakefront vacation homes, agricultural properties in the Spallumcheen Valley, and hillside chalets above Blind Bay. Gravel roads, long driveways, and steep lots don't intimidate us — we carry the right equipment. The main thing that affects scheduling is road conditions in early spring and late fall, when some back roads are soft.
Seasonal Service Windows
The Shuswap has a real four-season climate. Our busiest windows are May–June (post-pollen) and September–October (pre-winter prep). In peak season we book 2–3 weeks out, so scheduling early — especially for spring gutters or fall window packages — is recommended. We work year-round, including winter when conditions allow. Hard water stain removal and interior-only cleaning are good shoulder-season options when outdoor work isn't ideal.

We serve commercial properties in Salmon Arm, Sicamous, Enderby, and Armstrong. Storefronts, hotels, restaurants, strata buildings, and professional offices are all in our scope. Commercial clients in smaller communities like Blind Bay and Chase are served as part of our residential route days — meaning we're already in the area and can fit commercial stops efficiently.

Sometimes. If you're in the broader North Okanagan or Columbia Shuswap area, reach out and we'll let you know if we can fit you into a route. We occasionally extend beyond our core area for larger jobs or repeat commercial clients.
